SADCAT has not yet published a final tuition and refund policy, and online payments are not enabled in this platform. There is no published 30-day guarantee or stated refund processing period.
Existing arrangements
If you have an existing tuition arrangement, submit an admissions enquiry with your programme or application reference. The admissions team can record the request for review. Submitting an enquiry does not promise a refund or change an agreement.
Before payment launch
The responsible institution must publish approved terms covering eligibility, cancellation, payment reversals, timelines, contact channels and programme-specific exceptions before SADCAT accepts online payments.
